Had a great experience at this place, I was very skeptical at the begining on taking my BMW to any other place then the actual BMW dealer for repairs, after speaking with Jon over the phone I thought I will give a try. So glad I did!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, couple of hours after I had a whole diagnose on my email with pictures of exactly what need it to be done and even color coded with what need it to be done right away and what could wait ( without been pushy or anything) Jon explained everything with so much patience and answered all my questions that after knowing nothing about cars at the end I knew what he was talking about!! Very happy with my experience here and this place has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experience.

The service we get at Collins Automotive is superb! They are very knowledge about about my car and patiently explain things to me. They have always completed the work in a timely manner and return my vehicle washed and detailed (no charge). I have always received friendly and helpful service and I feel the staff will go the extra mile to help their customers. As always, we are most grateful to have Collins Automotive in Abbotsford.

As always, the team at Collins did a great job on my 1998 Outback. Due to issues related to COVID-19, it took longer than usual, but they kept me updated, always offering a courtesy car, and stuck to the quoted price. Thanks again for taking great care of my baby!
