I had two “tire shops” say they balanced my cars rear shimmie. Nope. Collins, which really isn’t a “tire/wheel joint” did balance the problem!

As always I received excellent service from the time I dropped the car off until I picked it up. I was provided with a complimentary courtesy vehicle so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced while my car was being serviced. When I picked up my car I was given a detailed explanation as to what work was done on my car. My car was ready for me at the time that I was told it would be and it was clean as they had given it a complimentary wash. I had major work done it and I have now driven it almost 3000KM since I picked it up last week and it is running beautifully. Thanks for the great job!

Wonderful serivce!

Collins automotive was super friendly and kept me up to date with what needed to be done as well as status updates throughout the day. Only complaint I would have is that they don’t install costumers parts. This was disappointing as I had bought the identical part from the same place for less than have their price. I decided to still leave a five star review though as the work and care that they put in their work is exceptional and I will definitely return in the future!

This place is just trustworthy with reliable people: we noticed an issue a while after last repair and called Jon and he immediately asked us to take the car back for checking and assured us that it would be covered if it's the same old issue,as long as its still within warranty. They once again offered free courtesy car, tackled the issue and provided a solution. I feel my car is in good hands with them. Thanks Jon, Dough and the team!
