I brought my 2015 BMW 750i into Collins Automotive. It had a broken sway bar linkage. Like most people; I "shopped around" on the Internet, and decided to give Collin's a call. I first spoke with Shelley, and then she relayed the photos of the damage to Jon. He's quite knowledgeable, and spent more than a few minutes with me on the phone. Feeling confident; I decided to book a service appointment. I arrived at the appointed time, and the entire process was most pleasant. "Smooth as cream." The estimated cost of repair was quite agreeable. They gave me a nice loaner car, and I ran a few errands. That afternoon; Jon called to say that my car was ready. The total bill was-ahem-much less than the BMW dealership. Collin's Automotive provides very professional; high quality repairs. I'm a very satisfied customer. They're down to earth--you won't get any dealership frustration from Collin's Automotive. Been there; done that.

The staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. Any questions I had they were able to answer. They assured me if there were any further issues with my vehicle which they addressed during the appointment that I was to bring the vehicle right back to them and they would fix!

The staff were all courteous and went out of their way to be respectful and helpful. They explained everything clearly and kept in touch as the work was being done with updates and anything new they discovered. Providing a nice loaner car was especially helpful for us since we needed transportation while our car was being serviced. The work seems to have been done professionally and all issues were addressed. The car is now running and driving smoothly again and we are more than satisfied.
