They sent us detailed reports, along with photos when needed, of things that they noticed that are needing attention on our older model VW. They sent these to our email with no pressure for future contact - just information for our benefit. We have found this to be very helpful. We've been looking for a good, reliable, trustworthy business to take care of our vehicle maintenance for a few years now and have tried quite a few different ones. We believe we've found it!
