Work was performed to my satisfaction my BMW only concern was the markup on the replacement part I though it to be on the high side .... So far I'm not enjoying the BMW experience Having said that Collins automotive is the best place in the valley to have your BMW serviced .

I was visiting from out of town and needed my A/C repaired on very short notice. They were able to get me in, diagnose the problem, order the parts and get my vehicle back to me (washed!) before the end of the day. Communication and service were excellent. Thanks for a very positive experience.
