I was not happy with where I was previously taking my car for servicing. I found Collins Automotive online and read the reviews. I emailed a request to have my car serviced for the following day at 9:00 am. They contacted me later in the afternoon and booked me in for my requested time. when I arrived I was greeted by my name and welcomed. They inspected my car and Doug gave me an honest run down of what the car needed. I never felt pressured or felt I was being sold something. I gave the go ahead to do the work. Doug gave me a courtesy car and promptly called me when the work was finished which was ahead of schedule. When I picked up the car it was washed and right out front of the entrance. I will definitely go back and would refer a friend. Good job.

I have never had anything but a positive experience with Collins and I totally trust the mechanics to do what is needed and to recommend the best options for me. I never feel like I am being tricked at Collins as I do at most other mechanics. The staff is kind, patient to explain things, and I love that I not only get a working car back, but a washed and vacuumed car.

Can't beat the service. Doug will go out of the way for you. As with all BMW repairs, the cost are not inexpensive but Collins will always be reasonable in their rates. Good quality service, and they take a personal interest .. thanks!

The service I have received at Collins Automotive has always be exemplary. Everyone is friendly, helpful and patient when explaining things to me. I think the work is done very well and I appreciate their over-the-top service which includes rides when needed and a complimentary car wash and vacuum!

Just dropped in to see if I needed a new oil cap, but only needed the seal and not only did they have a seal, Doug went out and put it on for me. Really appreciated it!!

I haven't used Collins services for a while because I purchased a service contract with my new vehicle. I needed to get a 22-year old vehicle that had been stored for two years back on the road. I had the vehicle towed to Collins and by the next day, it was ready to go. Doug let me know that it was running a bit rough and the bill outlined all of the work that had been done to get the vehicle road worthy again. The final amount was less than I anticipated. Thank you to the team at Collins for a job well done...and the chocolate is a nice touch!
