Finally I have found a reliable place to bring our vehicles! I originally brought my Dodge Journey in because I thought something was severely wrong with my front end, only for the Collins Automotive mechanics to trouble shoot that my lug nuts weren't tightened from when my husband took my winter tires off. I wasn't charged a dime and said that I would come back. Yesterday I had an oil change and they put my vehicle on the diagnostics to notify me of some little things I may notice in the future and that both my back tires needed replacing and one tire had a cut in it. Had I not brought it in for a routine check, I would have maybe had a soon to be flat tire. They also cleaned my vehicle, which was a nice surprise. Thank you so very much!

Just had my old '98 BMW serviced by Doug and his great crew again. And again, they exceeded my expectations. First, they did what what was diagnosed, as expected and with no additional surprise charges. But then, because it wasn't working properly, they proceeded to re-install a door hinge they had installed over a year ago... at no charge. It doesn't get any better than that. There's a reason they won an Abbotsford Business Excellence Award a couple of years ago. That's top notch service guys, thank you!
