Doug and his team exceeded my expectations. My mom and i were passing through town on holidays and had to be back home to catch a flight and make an important appointment. I had unexpected car troubles and found myself backed into a corner. Doug scheduled me in last minute and not only made this process easy, but they got me back on the road with confidence in a shorter time frame than i had even hoped for. I would recommend this shop to anyone and thank Doug and his team for the support and work that they did on my car.

Came to Collins for a second opinion on a Timing Belt and water pump, very happy I did. No up sell, staff very polite and professional. Loaner car wasn't an embarrassment to drive around town. Along with installing a timing belt kit they also fixed a sound from one of my wheel wells, and found a screw I'd driven over in one of the tires. No work was done without my approval, and job was finished and ready by the end of day.

I was more than pleased with the service I received, and would recommend Collins Auto to anyone. Thanks guys!
