Doug/Chris - I am extremely happy with the customer service you have provided me over the past 18 months; however, I am disappointed that I have had to bring my car back to the shop four times since July 19th to work through the bugs. It has become an unpleasant experience and wholly inconvenient (for me and for your shop) and I am regret the decision I made to install a new engine. Suffice to say, I no longer trust that my car will get me from point A to point B without it breaking down. I have a road trip planned in two weeks' time and cannot, with confidence, take my car based on its recent performance.
